ReviewLater helps you create summaries from emails you choose by applying Gmail labels. We aim to collect the minimum data needed to provide the service.

What we access

• Gmail labels (to let you pick which labels should be summarized).
• Email metadata and content for messages that match the labels you select (to generate your summaries).
• Your email address (to send you the summaries).

How we use data

• To detect newly labeled messages and queue them for summaries.
• To generate a summary using OpenAI’s API.
• To send summary emails via Postmark.

Data retention

We plan to store only what’s needed for reliable delivery and history. Email bodies may be stored temporarily for processing, and then removed or minimized as part of our retention policy.
